## Capabilities
- POST /v1/resolve — input merchant domain + basket, output ranked offers + attribution_token. Works with no key in the anonymous demo tier.
- POST /v1/feedback — report outcome worked|expired|ineligible|error. Anonymous feedback is accepted for anonymous attribution tokens.
- POST /developer-keys — create a free key instantly for higher limits and consumer-level attribution.
- Contract: sustained low feedback/resolve ratio suspends keyed API access (see /v1/me)
- Public beta: offers are unverified unless explicitly marked; codes are not guaranteed.
